Each individual may hold only one registered 3rrm account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held across the duplicate registrations. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact 3rrm support immediately to resolve the matter.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 3rrm are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods specified at the point of offer. Attempting to abuse promotional terms — including multi-accounting or collusion — results in forfeiture of all related funds and account suspension.
Withdrawals from your 3rrm account must be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 3rrm may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. All transactions are processed in PKR unless otherwise stated.
3rrm provides deposit limits, session timers, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools as part of its responsible gaming commitment. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 3rrm reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including CNIC verification. Where age cannot be confirmed to 3rrm's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any balance held pending verification or returned to the depositing payment method at 3rrm's discretion.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 3rrm Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3rrm makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific country or region. By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, your date of birth, and your preferred contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each individual may hold only one registered 3rrm account. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 3rrm will close all secondary accounts and may close the primary account at its discretion. Balances and bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3rrm account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. 3rrm will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 3rrm support immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
3rrm may require identity verification at any stage of your relationship with the Platform, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal request, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or when unusual account activity is detected. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC, a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and documentation confirming your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3rrm accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. All deposits, balances, wagering activity, winnings, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PKR. Where a payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, any applicable conversion will be performed at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction, and 3rrm bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 3rrm reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts following written notification to the registered email address. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by contacting support.
3rrm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, 1LINK, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each method and are displayed within your account's cashier section. These limits are subject to change at 3rrm's discretion with reasonable notice.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 3rrm balance within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. 3rrm does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same legal name as the 3rrm account holder.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Approved withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the cashier section of the Platform. 3rrm reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit into the account or is verifiably registered in the account holder's name. 3rrm does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
3rrm is committed to preventing money laundering and financing of illegal activities. The Platform operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. 3rrm may delay, withhold, or report any transaction that raises AML concerns. Players must not use the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel. 3rrm does not manipulate game outcomes and has no control over the RNG systems operated by its game providers.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by 3rrm at any time. 3rrm reserves the right to impose individual player betting limits at its sole discretion, including where unusual wagering patterns are detected.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, 3rrm reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and play. 3rrm's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final subject to the complaints procedure in Section 13.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload offers, and any other promotional incentives issued by 3rrm are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds credited to a 3rrm account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated; unused bonus funds expire upon lapse of the validity period.
3rrm reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; employing low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without normal gameplay risk; or participating in coordinated play with other accounts. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 3rrm may terminate the account and forfeit all associated balances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3rrm, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure.
3rrm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 3rrm account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 3rrm's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
3rrm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 3rrm account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time by visiting 3rrm Privacy Policy.
3rrm implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and 3rrm cannot guarantee absolute data security.
You may close your 3rrm account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be either completed or forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
3rrm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 3rrm is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation; (c) 3rrm has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.
Upon termination for breach, all bonus funds and promotional credits in your account will be forfeited immediately. Verified real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be subject to offset against any amounts owed by you to 3rrm. Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14 of these Terms survive termination of your account.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 3rrm account or the Platform, you should contact 3rrm customer support in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, the relevant account details, and any supporting evidence. 3rrm aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be escalated to the dispute resolution process available under 3rrm's applicable gaming licence. Details of the relevant escalation channel are available upon request from 3rrm support.
In relation to sports betting disputes, the official match result and statistics as published by the relevant governing body shall be the definitive reference for settlement purposes. In relation to casino game disputes, the game server log shall constitute the authoritative record of events.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3rrm holds its gaming licence. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the complaints procedure in Section 13.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot be waived by contract.
3rrm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 3rrm will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
